JCWCC Fit Club Month
Fridays at 7pm in September
Back by popular demand! Get fit. Stay fit. The J.C. Williams Community Center is featuring local personal trainers and fitness clubs each Friday during the month of September. Each class is designed as a 60 minute introductory fitness class of various types (i.e. boot camp, cardio kickboxing, full-body circuit training, and more). All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
All proceeds will fund future youth-oriented programs.
